Poor service

I am fuming. I never seem to get in contact with Vumatel. There is no answer when you call the offices and no reply on any message you leave them. I had to relocate. I'm already move in to the new place and I still do not have internet. I work from home and now I can't work due to me not having internet. All they need to do is put in a fiber line at the new place.
