Poor Service

Vumatel along with payfast and Webafrica have still not been able to fulfill their obligation to refund the money they incorrectly billed me for the past 4 months now and my services are not reconnected yet I have paid, their employees service has been appalling, rude and unhelpful to be concise. This needs a serious investigation on why it is happening and how it continues to happen.
