Poor Service

I have had no connection for more than 24 hours. When you call in the contact center they hang up on you. I resorted to reporting my outage via chat messaging. I later got a call like 3 hours later informing a technician will be dispatched to come and assist. Still waiting. This morning whe. I escalate the matter that I am still waiting They kept me waiting once again. I paid for a service that I am not getting and through all of this i informed I urgently need to be back up and I need to work but can't as I am still waiting. I literally paid for a service to do nothing but wait. Anyone who can recommend a good ISP
