Poor service

I am so frustrated with vumatel customer service I have placed the new order made payment still waiting for their call to arrange for installation it's 2 weeks already, when ever I contact via the WhatsApp service it takes long to get to speak to the agent and when they finally respond the agents also take long to respond then all of a sudden they transfer you to another agent which does the same thing.
