Poor performance

The fist month we waited for almost the whole month for a install. It was just a carry over. So we paid for a month but no service. The second month they are more off then on again. No service at all. RSA web just pass the buck. They just say it is Vumatel. They just loch tickets but nothing gets resolved. It just does not work and the speed is like a 10th of what the line is . We pay for a 100meg line but getting on average 5.5 meg. Pis poorrrrrrr. Quick to make demand of cancelation fees but they are not upholding there end of the contract or performance of deal. They also do not respect your house pots etc when they install.
