Poor & pathetic service from Vumatel
I've been waiting for assistance from Vumatel since Monday morning. The service is so poor & the agents is not very helpful as they giving the same feedback everytime & tell u there is nothing they can do. They tell the customers that they just have to wait yet we paid for the service.
