Poor Pathetic Customer service from Vumatel and Webafrica

After two months without internet, my fiber line is still not released, allowing me to search for a better ISP.

Webafrica has been the biggest nightmare of my life; now that you refuse to release my line, I have to waste more money and make the daily journey to the office. What does it take to get my line freed so I may obtain a new ISP?
