Poor Pathetic Customer service from Vumatel and Vox Telecoms
Poor service and no existent customer service especially from Vumatel.. The ISP Vox is also pathetic as they have never fully resolved my issues for the past 5 years but Vumatel takes the award for worse fibre provider. Imagine thus they don't have a standby crew, their excuse is "our technicians have knocked off" what a feeble excuse. Do they realise that we work from home with international clients and need internet to contact clients due to time zone differences.. I am just mortified by the fact that they cannot repair the issue.

24 Sept 2025, 19:54And we are off again since 23 September till now 20H00 on 24 September with another pathetic excuse citing safety as a concern and update will be issued when work resumes. We are not stupid .. We all know that your technicians are subcontractors and are not going to work today because of a public holiday or Vumatel does not want to pay the rates for a public holiday. But in the meantime we cannot work because the service provider feels entitled to do whatever they please.. It's time we invoice them for downtime in the USD we lose for Internet downtime.
