Poor/ no service from Vumatel

I have been waiting several months for installation and had a very rude response from the call center. No dates could be given for the installation and was basically told that its my problem. Why did they bother running fibre in my neighborhood if they don't want to connect. All documents and approval from the residents in the complex were submitted by body corporate.
