Poor Management at Vumatel

3rd Time in a week having No Connectivity at 19a Cormorant Cove, Birdswood, Richards Bay,this lasts for hours with no feedback as to what happened and why, several hours wasted and data being purchased to continue working from home, unnecessary costs being incurred to have internet, all whist I'm paying for a fibre line at home to have internet
