Poor installation

I am extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received. My ISP is Cool Ideas, but the installation is handled by Vumatel. The technicians arrived today for my scheduled 10am installation, only to inform me that an additional port needed to be added. I was assured this would be resolved today. It is now well past the agreed time, and I am still without a connection. What makes this even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication from the technicians or Vumatel — no updates, no follow-up, nothing. To make matters worse, payment has already been taken, yet the service I paid for has not been delivered. This level of service is unacceptable and deeply disappointing. Vumatel, you need to do better.
