Poor Feedback on Service and Troubleshooting System Faults

The feedback on the service I am getting from you guys is ridiculous and keeping clients is clearly not one of your top priorities. I have asked a million times to remove this person 'Nicholas Gounden' from our address so we can have our fibre installed and no feedback from you guys. You service is **** and I wont stand for it. So because you guys are so **** I am taking my business somewhere else.
