Do not take a contract with them. Their service is poor. You will be left to wonder without internet for days. You cannot even contact them. I regret taking up contract with

19 Sept 2024, 10:19Hi, your technicians came to my house on the 10th, 5 days after I logged my request for relocation. Then they promised to come back after 2 hours there was a cable missing/short. Thye never came back i called following day vodacom, no response from your team to vodacom. I called Friday again your team did not respond, then weekend came we had no internet for half of month while I paid from end. Then after abo0ut +/- 10 phonecalls of being taken from pillar to post. I get an email my request has been resolved. Your technicians did not even decency to inform us. You are tornishing Vodacom's brand. I will not renew my contract with you. The lady who called me for confirmation with East London number ws super rude. I will report this is every platform. I advise everyone not to take contract with vodacom under Vumatel.
