Poor experience moving from ISP to ISP due to Vumatel.

Moving from 1 ISP to the next using Vumatel is such a pain.

They have internal issue with their system and cannot move customers from ISP to ISP. I have been waiting 7 days for Vumatel to enable the next ISP. In the meantime my fibre line has been idle doing nothing.

Phoning them is also useless waste of time.
