Poor disgusting service

What a disgusting experience. I changed to fibre and Vuma was on the ball to get the deal.Now I am being pushed from pillows to post between Vumatel and Mweb. I have literally spent the entire day calling Vuma and Mweb and I still have not been sorted.

Gosh fiber was meant to be the best but with all this chasing of service providers it makes you wonder.

Service at Vumatel is a NIGHTMARE.
