Poor Customer Services

I have initially ordered a second installation at home, since the outside bedrooms were not covered...I paid and sent the pop on the first of June...I have been initiating communication with Vumatel ever since...they don't talk to me unless I do so..I was sent from pillar to post and ended up canceling my order on the 11th of June and asked for my refund..to date i haven't received my money back to make matters worse everytime iI'm being told a different story...truth is we are not happy with the service in the house also...they have no respect for customer services and don't care about anyone's feelings..Im so disappointed by their services and would like to get my R399 back.someone please intervene and help an unhappy customer.
