Poor customer service with Vuma.
I had a connection failure with my fibre since 27/01/2024 till to date, a ticket was created 3 weeks ago. My issue has not been sorted till now.

16 Feb 2024, 12:07I had to write a review on hellopeter in order for you guys to respond to my query, the entire time I was being told my issue is escalated. Can I at least be refunded the R400 I paid for this month?
