Poor Customer Service Support

For customer support I was told to engage SADV, a 3rd party Vumetal partnered with. SADV are the worst, I have no formal platform to complain hence coming here. SADV take forever to respond via WhatsApp platform (you log a request for support, they reply two days later in the AMs knowing very well you asleep) then close your ticket. I send emails to their support line via email and on the website and no responds.

Worst customer service support.

I've been struggling to login my self service portal so I am completely powerless yet paying. Useless honest I'll definitely be looking into other ISPs
