Poor customer service SNAIL RESPONSE

I have been without internet for three days since Thursday.

The matter has been reported all they said 24 to 72 hours mind you I am working from home .

Ended up using my mobile data . At this rate on Monday I will need to buy more data as they are super slow to resolve my problem.

So annoyed by this snail response
