Poor customer service & no response in live chats

My wifi hasn't bee been working since Sunday & their watsapp & website live chats are useless. They take forever to respond & end up closing the chats. Got a respond on Sunday & was refered to their technicians who haven't contacted me till today though, I keep getting emails of my ticket being logged. They debit their monthly fee on Tuesday but can't resolve my issue. Only got a call after 10 today & they said they'll escalate the matter but still nothing. I'm falling behind on my online studies because of this. Very poor customer service. ***
