Poor Customer Service : Lost of money and time wasted to contact Service provider

Mweb/Vumatel are the worst or one of the worst company to sign Wifi contract with especially if you are into IT consulting charging your clients per hour.When you need support from them you won't get it.In my case they opened 2 accounts instead of one ,I attempted several times to get it resolved but it took 9months them to close the wrong Acc and they agreed to transfer the funds to the correct account. To my Suprise they terminated my services, I tried to call them but I couldn't get any help, only to for me to receive a call from courier guy who had come to collect the router. It made me panic and look for alternative source of Wi-Fi since I could not deliver for 2 days. Last night a debit order went through and any attempts to call them or chat to them are futile.
