Poor customer service from call centre

Good day

Please assist, I placed an order for Vuma Fibre Reach through Afrihost. But the consultants that calls everytime from Vuma to setup an installation date is very unprofessional, the lady that just called now couldn't even explain me exactly the reason for her call, she didn't even introduce herself Once I was trying to make out the reason for her call, she hang up on me. Please assist
