Poor customer service

My internet connection disappeared for 3 days. Just disappeared without a trace. So obviously I phoned my ISP, cool ideas. I phoned Vumatel numerous times too. I spoke to various people. Cool Ideas reckon the fault is on Vumatel side. Our whole area is managed by Vumatel, yet i was the only person that lost connection which i confirmed by checking with my neighbours. I was sent from pillar to post for 3 days. Vumatel says its the ISP side and visa versa. I had to phone both and Vumatel and Cool ideas frequently for feedback. This is very poor customer service in my books.
