Poor customer service
Another company that should be out of the industry. Absolutely useless, poor customer service!! Highly disappointed

05 Nov 2024, 14:31Yestwrday your technician arrived unannounced to the property when there was nobody home. Made proper arrangements to meet today (5 Nov) at the house at 12 and my sick dad had to return home and the technician still has not been as promised. It's now 14.30 and still no technician!!
