Poor customer service

My wi-fi hasn't been working since yesterday. I've sent countless emails and chats on WhatsApp early in the morning. It's now 16:27 and I'm guessing everyone has knocked off. I need an internet connection daily, my daughter uses it for school work. It's been 2 days now without internet.
