Poor customer service

I am waiting since the 03 June 2026 for vuma reach installation. RSA web is the ISP, their call centre just transfer you from one department to the next with no definite progress. Vuma reach mailed me on the day and on the time to say they are there to install and I only saw the email the next day. The arrangement with the service provider was to call to make an appointment as I am not at the address where they need to install to ensure that I will be available. They are lying and saying that I am not reachable whereas I am the whole day following up with the ISP and no call came through from them with the number I have provided.They are charging for the whole month and who knows when they are going to contact me to install
