Poor customer service and delivery

Having to wait for more than two weeks for an installation to be done is absolutely ridiculous. Just because Vumatel is the current dominant fibre provider, does not mean they should act like they don't appreciate the business. Post office used to act like this a few years ago. But look at where they are now. They are lying now saying they have been trying to call me. Have provided screenshot of my call logs with no missed call from them.
