Poor customer service

Poor customer service! my internet keeps buffering and I’ve been trying to upgrade to faster speeds but they keep ending the chat on WhatsApp and I keep getting someone else and now I’ve finally managed to speak to someone over the phone and they said that the speeds can only be upgraded at the end of the month this is unacceptable!! Poor customer service!!!
