Poor Customer Service
My internet has been down for about three days and still I have received no sort of assitance from both my ISP Webafrica and its partner Vumatel.
Vumatel proceeded to even close my ticket while my service was still offline. There has been no communication, no assistance for three days from Vumatel. Utterly disappointing.
