Poor customer service

I placed an order with Vumatel on the 26th of July 2024, I was told to wait 5 working days for a technician to contact me and arrange for an installation.

I waited this long with no contact, I reached out to their WhatsApp channel and I was told to allow 7 working days and that they have sent messages to follow up on my behalf.

When I reached out again I was very unhappy at the lack of communication and requested for a refund, my order was canceled on the 16 August 2024 and I was told to allow 7-14 working days but still no refund. When I follow up I am told this may take a while which is not what I was told and I am not getting a definite date when I will be getting my refund.

I needed to get my wifi installed and kept telling me my area is not safe and that they needed to be escorted by the Police, I told them the police station is less than 5 minutes away but seems that did not help because they just told me to wait.

At this point I just want my money back so I can get service elsewhere.
