Poor customer service

The call centre is absolutely useless. I've been holding for 45 minutes on the phone just to finally confirm my time of installation. I called 5 times today and still I didn't get to the relevant person that can assist me. I need to confirm that they will definitely there on time at my house to do the installation as I need to take time off from my work which I can't afford at the moment. Most of the agents are not even at their desks then you have to leave a voice mail.
