Poor customer service

Good day Vuma is very slow in delivery service and yet very punctual with installation

Wich means they prioritize sales not customers service

I've been waiting for my refund since last month up to date with no response or assistance.

I've been doing followups, calls and WhatsApp, mails the list goes on

Your not so happy customer!
