Poor customer experience with Vumatel and Afrihost

Struggling to get internet connected with Afrihost using Vumatel lines, both companies giving me the run around on duplicated applications and want me to track down the previous tenant that utilized the Vumatel lines to cancel that person's contract before the line is made available so that I can get connected. My experience with both Vumatel and Afrihost has already taken off on a poor note even before I can get connected.
