Logged call with Vox on 17th due to internet down -Vuma technitions were working in the ares also Received a ticket nr vrom Vuma early today *** stating that a technition will be at my house 11h00 to investigae Made arangenents to have someone at the premisses Til now 12h49 no one attended and no communication from Vuma or vox. REDICULOUS its costing me money to have someone waiting at my place
