Poor connection and bad service

I'm having problems with my wifi (Fibre). Connection buffers all the time. I tried to be in contact with then and I was chatting with an agent called Aiasha. Worse communication ever. She takes more than 15 minutes until she responds to me. I ended the chat without being assisted because she does not respond. I pay for those services I can't be struggling to have a proper connection. It's impossible to watch anything on the TV or the laptop
