poor communication and customer service.

Poor customer service and no communication at all. I joined Vumatel in January they referred me to Metro fiber ,they installed the fiber and delivered the router , i've been asking them through mails and phone calls to please provide me with the payment options and my account details, now they suspended my account and still no communication on how to pay ,when i called the lady promised to send me the details and i have to pay the reconnection fee on top of that.
