Poor and unprofessional service

Unfortunately there is not anything less than 1 to rate Vumatel. I would have rated them as -1. I have been struggling to connect for almost 2 weeks due to the unprofessional service from Vumatel. They had given another client the same line as mine which means i am unable to connect. How do you give another client the same line? Whats worse is that nobody at Vumatel is able to assist me till this day I am unable to connect. You call them and they keep you on the line for over minutes with no solutions. They do not update you on the progress you have to call and run around to find out whats happening. They use incorrect addresses. I am disappointed at the service and how unprofessional Vumatel is. If i could change and stop using them i would immediately as they have been of no help.
