Poor and pathetic service

After being misled many times with regards to fibre related issues. The ongoing problem I'm experiencing is just patheticallypoor. Vumatel technicians came to 'fix' the problem and promised me, we won't have a disruption anymore. A day later the same problem arise again,, something I've experienced since the day I was connected 18 July. Coming from a customer service background it's astonishing the level of service I've received. Vumatel please sort out this very annoying problem
