Poooooooor service

I would never recommend this company to anyone shame. I paid for the month of June and for more than 15 days was without service. I had the issue escalated and the services was re-activated only for one day. I decided I am not paying for July until the issue is resolved. What they are saying to me now is that I need to make a payment before the issue is being looked into. I was advised I will be credited for the month of June's down time and today I am being told they do not credit outages. All this company has given me is stress.
