******* Pole, Wire and Fiber Connections

I am utterly disappointed in Vuma as they have erected a pole blocking the house and taking up parking space outside the yard. Now they have installed cables running on top of the roof of a private property. All of this was done through disrespect, lack of professionalism, notification and permission. They didn't even bother to explain the health and safety risks around it. I have sent an escalation email and it has been two weeks of being ignored and gaslighted. They are supposed to have these poles professionally installed and erected. However, they chose to violate the By Laws and the rights of home owners.
