****** pole in my yard

Since last year 2023 June I have been asking vumatel to remove they pole in my yard they have not than dat,the only thing is they ask me to send a photo of the pole and I write that I have not signed any contract with them too have the pole in my yard and when I write here on hellopeter they just ask for my phone number and make one call to say it will be send to the people who deal with the poles. But nothing is happening I need the ****** pole out my yard it's not vumatel yard I'm not renting this yard and been in this property since 1981 until today ,now I'm being bul**** by vumatel tell.
