Please help can't get hold of Vumatel

Help there is no way of contacting Vumatel so I am trying every avenue that I can think of; I was browsing on Vumatel’s website. I found a deal I wanted, but after one chooses the deal, it takes You into an ordering system that does not resemble that deal. I tried stopping the order by not Completing the process instead of restarting it, but now get a message “in-flight service activation order with another ISP" but I never completed an order. I tried phoning them and e-mailing them, but neither their phone number or e-mail address exists? What can I do to ensure that this order is not placed – I don’t even know what it was for or with who?
