Please don't go with vuma they always have stories we have been without wifi this month for 4 days now and atleast 10 calls made this month to vox because vumas phone numbers does not exist at all

Don't go with vuma at all

We are with vuma though vox.

First at around the the 27th of March I called vox requesting a down grade from a 50/50 too a 30/30 then the 1st of April vox takes the full amount of the 50/50 because they told me it will take about 30 days for turnover date.

Then the 9th of April we where left without Internet for 3 days then when with the about 15 calls made vox blamed vuma and vuma blamed vox then they disconnected us vuma because of the downgrade. That's number one

Then we struggled with the credit because we paid for 50/50 and then when they eventually fix the wifi in the 11th of April it was 30/30 then we waited for credit and I have invoice where they don't imply the credit when they send it the 23de of April.

Now our wifi is of again and vox said again it's vuma.

Vuma is not the company they ones where.

I will go to Facebook and I will tell everyone in alberton about it and I bet you alot of people will leave you because you guys are not professional
