Hi I am also very disappointed in yourl services last week Saturday I paid for WiFi and they will come next day and install it but they came oy Wednesday. Wednesday when they came and put it they was very disrespectful cause everywhere we told them to put it they kept telling us no and there will be no network so we got fed up and they put it where they wanted to put then they told us someone will come again and connect same day waited for them but they came onlu on Friday when they came and activated it they said wait for 10 minutes and the password which did not come until I phoned the main branch in joburg myself and get the password, when got it I put the password n then it keep telling me there is no Internet service from last week till today I'm still waiting to be connected

Your service is terrible get proper people to work who knows what to do Put monies is getting wasted Url services and the agents are terrible I will be also reporting this matter to a higher place
