Please assist with my refund vumatel it's been too long now I have been waiting a lady name Nicole said she escalated my issue but no response

I app**** on line for Wi-Fi with vumatel and they sent me an email with a link where I must pay of which I did two months ago then they told me to wait two to three weeks for them to come and install my fiber after waiting for so long and calling them they told me I don't have caverage then I asked for refund a lady named Nicole said she escalated to be refunded till this day no response from them I kept on calling they are telling me the same thing over and over its been a week now waiting for my refund infect it's been two months and few weeks
