PLEASE ASSIST PLEASE ASSIST
I am unable to get assistance from your WhatsApp help line and call center , (SADV) I have created login details to update my payment and they not providing me with easy pay ID. I need to pay my subscription I have been on a call que for 45+ Minutes then the call gets cut off at this point I do not know what to do

Wasted my airtime again being number one on a call que but not getting any help from you guys, call gets cut don’t even had a chance to talk with a consultant. I don’t know where I can escalate this further because honestly I am not happy.
