Pick up your socks guys!! Vumatel and Afrihost

The bad thing about this partnership between Vumatel and any IP (mine is Afrihost) is that no man takes the blame. And you as the client you end looking like an idiot cause you can't tell who can be responsible for connectivity issues. I'm even considering cancelling my subscription with Vumatel/Afrihost.

Everytime I reach out to Afrihost, they tell me to do the same thing, unplug and plug after 10min or so. But as of recent, connectivity has become a serious issue. Especially in the afternoons. I'm so fed up with the poor service. Can't even stream anything without interruptions.
