PHATHETIC SERVICE AND UNWILLING TO HELP

what serice i received from from vumatel consultant today(06/09/2020)he response was,i would need to contact someone else and and there's absolutely nothing wrong with my network..,...... VERY VERY RUDE, NOT SURE WHY VODACOM DECIDED ON VUMATEL IF THE CONSULTANTS ARE SO RUDE..... AT THIS STAGE I WOULD LIKE MY FIBRE CANCLED.....
