Worst experience all the agents needs to complete training again because they have a clue on what they are doing from the 17th of July still awaiting feedback regarding the cable that needs to be connected to the fiber main box and the I competent agents are closing the tickets instead of leaving it open so that the person resolving the problem will close it that's how *********** they are and further more as per the information the installer did come on the 19th which is not true because the cable is outside the property and still today it's not been sorted out very very poor service
