Persistent Vumatel Issues

I have been a customer for over 3 years. The issues with the line started last month. I have connectivity for a day or two then it drops. We are a fibre ready complex with no access to the fibre box. There is a serious problem with the line in that box to my unit. It needs to be thoroughly analysed and overhauled. I've spent about a hundred minutes on the phone with Britelink. This is not my job. Two coordinators for Johannesburg was apparently supposed to make contact with me and nothing. I am buying several gigs just to work off my hotspot. This is unfair practices to someone paying for this specific service.

Someone was supposed to come out today. It's 6.30pm still no fibre or contact. I stayed at home specifically for this reason. There is no way that you can continue giving poor service for almost a month. This is frustrating

Hi once again a tech was assigned and no one came out. This pathetic service has gone on for far too long. Please explain to me how do you have technicians in the area every single day but no one shows up. How do we hold this type of behaviour accountable? Please send me the details of an escalation manager or team that actually assists. I'm going to write about this because it's going to be almost a month of no service. I'm flabbergasted at how this is allowed to continue.

Really that's strange on Tuesday someone named Itumeleng was going to come and yesterday allegedly a technician name Josh allegedly was going to show up even with a power pack to work during load shedding. Is everyone liaising and on the same team? Because the communication is poor. Since they have been assigned can you provide an ETA. I mean the alleged 48 hour resolving period has way passed. Once again I asked to be provided with contact details of someone who actually knows what is going on.
